Value Adders, hereinafter VA, hereby informs in detail, pursuant to ARTICLE 13, about the processing of personal data, purpose and scope on the following website: www.valueadders.dk and www.valueadders.com

Personal data/personal information is any data that can identify you, such as name, address, email address, phone number or social security number.

Data communicated to us by e-mail is used solely to fulfill and complete tasks for you.  When the task is completed, data is archived if legal retention times exist.

In part, we use external service providers to process and store your data. These are bound by our instructions and checked regularly. Big data is hosted to external service provider to which data processor agreement has been entered into.

There is no data processing in third-party countries, nor is it planned. Automated decisions do not take place.

VISIT TO THIS WEBSITE AND COOKIES

During each visit to our website, we collect personal data that your browser transfers. This is data that is required for us to technically present our website:

IP address• query date and time• browser type / browser version• operating system• name of the evoked page• refer to URL (website or application sending the query)

The legal basis is our legitimate interest cf. to GDPR Article 6 section 1 point f, as we intend to provide a secure connection, a comfortable use and of course, also the security and stability of the system. In addition, we have the opportunity to investigate technical incidents and safety issues.

The data will be deleted automatically after seven days. You have the right to complain about this treatment in accordance with GDPR Art. 21. In this case, please send your e-mail to  info@valueadders.dk with a corresponding reference in the subject line.

In addition to first-party cookies as protection of our website cf. GDPR Article 6 section 1 point (f), we do not use any additional cookies. We do not use tracking or profiling. In addition, you have the option to turn off your browser’s use of cookies in principle.
